I always have to hand it to the producers of the Dr. Oz show, they know how to suck you in! While watching late last night Dr. Oz let us in on something to help combat Saddle Bags, Crows Feet AND Bat Wings all in one!!   I’m sure you’re all dying to know right?! The Answer is …

While Dr. Oz doesn’t suggest injecting yourself (like many others), instead he let the audience in on some tricks and tips to boost  your own.

 

Dr. Oz’s Tips For Boosting Growth Hormone

1.) Fenugreek Tea –  Studies have shown that Fenugreek Tea can have dramatic affects on growth hormone.

2.) L-Arginine Supplement – Take 2 grams of this amino acid – 3 times per day.  Since L-Arginine is an amino acid, it is important to the release of growth hormone.  It stimulate the pituitary gland to function properly.  Bottles of L-Arginine run for about $10.

3.) SLEEP – Dr. Oz recommends sleeping with a sleep mask on to block out extra light.  “The minute you put the mask on the body starts producing melatonin,” says Oz.

 

I bet these products are flying off the shelf as we speak.  Dr. Oz has become the new Oprah of weight loss.  If you are considering buying these products, don’t waste any time!!
