Increase Your Endurance The Natural Way To Lose Weight

If you knew what foods to eat to increase your endurance during your cardio training would you eat them?  America’s “go to” beverage for increased energy is coffee.  Energy drinks follow close behind.  Both markets pull in billions of dollars a year with the promise of long lasting energy.  However, mother nature could be the key to longer runs, lasting cardio routines, increased calorie burning, and ultimately, a thinner and more productive YOU!

 

    How To Increase Endurance The Natural Way

Endurance exercise increases longevity by making the heart stronger.  A stronger heart leads to better circulation, more energy, increased stamina, and a longer life expectancy.

While their are many companies on the market that sell prescriptions that alleviate heart conditions such as Canadian pharmacy, you can also feed your endurance to create a stronger blood flow to organs, tissues, and muscles.

    Foods That Increase Endurance

 Asparagus

Brocolli

Avacado

 

These foods have the amino acid N-acetylcysteine (NAC).  Research from Oxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity, states that this amino acid has the ability to reduce fatigue after exercise.  These foods aid in fighting free radicals which improve healing.  NAC also has the ability to fight fatigue due to long bouts of exercise and repeated intense activity. 

  Your mom wasn’t kidding when she told you to eat your vegatables!  This is an awesome fitness tip that can have a lasting affect on your health, your waist line and your workout routine.
