Kim Kardashian’s Baby Weight Loss Book

We’ve seen a wave of celebrities get pregnant then use their weight gain to make money.   Normally, it’s done through weight loss giants, however, Kim Kardashian has chosen to go a different route.  Forget the diet company, she’s writing a book!    A source at OMG Yahoo, said that Kim plans on releasing a diary plus photos.  The chronicle of never before seen photos will start right after giving birth and follow her through her weight loss.

“[Kim and Kanye] are always thinking about the brand and how to make it bigger and better, so Kim is loving the idea of a post-baby body visual diary showing her weight loss,” the source said. “She knows there are plenty of pap photos of her out there, but only she had the really personal ones that no one can get close enough to take her.”

 

While the book hasn’t been picked up by publishers, Kim believes that it will be an inspiration to her fans.  She’s also been staying out of the lime light and away from the paparazzi’s to minimize all pictures taken of her while she is at a less then favorable size.  She also stopped tweeting pics as well.

 

“Kim has taken daily photos of herself as she slims down,” the source said. “And they’re on her phone and printed out in her private dressing room in order of weight loss.”

“In August Kim got frustrated because she hit a plateau even though she was eating mostly proteins and veggies,” a source told US Weekly. “She’s working out here and there, but it’s mainly about the food, Atkins-style (source).”

It’s been reported by Daily Mail that the last 10 pounds of baby weight were the hardest to get off (aren’t they always!), so Kim Kardashian went on a strict NO CARB diet to lose them.

Celebrities can serve to motivate the public and give that “you can do it attitude.”    Sometimes watching them go through ups and downs in weight gain and weight loss allows us to identify with them on a daily level.   A weight loss book seems like a classier approach to letting people in then being hired by a huge weight loss company.  Either way, this should be an inspiring true life story.
