I am constantly looking for easy ways to eat healthy. These salads are my newest obsession. It’s easy to make, low calorie, low fat (I use my own dressing), and low carb. The best part is, it’s a restaurant quality salad for half the price! Making it at home costs less then 5 dollars and it is great for people in a hurry.

As you can see, these fun salad mixes come with all the trimmings to make it into a restaurant quality meal! I also add protein to mine by cooking up some chicken breasts or lean ground beef.
They sell for $2.99 at Sprouts Market by my house however, I am sure that they distribute their products to other stores as well.
