Shed 10 Years in 1 Month With This Fitness Tip

We are always stressing the importance of hydration but when I ran across this image online I was taken back by how much of a difference it really makes!   Preaching about water and weight loss is one thing but water and aging is another!    Both of these images are the same woman, one month apart.   The only difference is her water consumption.   No fancy creams or treatments, just 3 liters of water daily.   This fitness tip will make you think twice about how much water impacts aging and overall health!

The beauty of drinking enough water is that it allows your organs to function the way they were intended to.  You flush toxins and perform chemical reactions more easily with less stress on your body.   When all of these processes are working well, the body can focus energy on renewing the body and the cells.    This woman from the UK was plagued with digestion issues, headaches, and low energy.   She wanted to change that so she decided to try drinking 3 liters of water a day.  Her results we more then she bargained for.

    Thanks Adria for a brief but very informative write up about WATER. I feel that water is a MIRACLE drink, especially where flushing away the toxins is concerned. I personally feel and have experienced that 2 to 3 glasses of plain water after you get up from bed is the TRICK behind staying fit throughout the day. "Water, water everywhere, drink whenever you can."
