Everyone wants to know how to raise their butt, firm it, and add definition. Most women use floor exercises as way to tighten while men think that power lifting is the way to go. While these forms of exercise do help they aren’t as effective of the 1 leg bench squat! If you want to burn calories and get the butt you’ve always wanted then you have to make your exercises count!
Obviously, this guy is a professional 😉 If you can’t squat as low as he can then do what you can. If you have issues with your balance then find a wall to place the bench next to so it can guide you.
Trainer Tips:
* Always push up from the heal of your foot when doing the squat.
* When lowering yourself down into a squat, keep your knee aligned with your ankle. It should not jet inward as you squat.
* Your knee should NEVER go over your big toe when squatting.
* Always keep your stomach tight to maximal balance and calorie burning.
