Thintervetntion- Are You In Shape To Save A Life?

Thintervention has become popular very fast.  The Bravo tv series has a relistic look at weight loss with true issues.  Not only does the group lose weight together during challanges, they also go to the grocery store together, and cry together in group sessions.  Jackie uses each session to guid her clients to weight loss using a very wholistic approach.  The education, hard workouts, and psychology of the group is transformed more and more with each passing episode.

In this weeks session they all preform fireman drills while wearing complete fire gear.  While doing the drills they realize what it takes to save lives and drag dummies across the pavement.  It’s a good thing the dummies only weigh 160 pounds (which is not the average weight of an American today).

In the end the contestants lost very little.  The average was 2-3 pounds (which is still pretty good).  However, for a weight loss show it’s not as promising.  Jackie is going to have to get to the truth of the issues to get the numbers they want.
