This is an advanced exercise however, it can be altered to fit any level of fitness. If you are a beginner then you can do this exercise on the floor on your knees. If your are intermediate, then you can do this in push up position. If you are advance grab a ball and a spotter and get started! No matter what level you are, this exercise will work your core, back, shoulders, and biceps.
