Unlock Fat Burning – How to Naturally Cleanse Your Liver and Why

Believe it or not, your liver holds the key to your fat burning.   You can burn loads of calories but the liver gives your body the permission to release it (and filter it out) or store it somewhere else.   Issues arise when the liver becomes backed up with toxins and excess fat.   The signal to “toss the fat” out of your body gets muffled, instead of releasing it, the body starts packing it on.  The key is to cleanse your liver as you are losing to make sure your body allows the fat to be kicked out.  By cleansing your liver you will lose inches and body fat more readily, you will be less puffy (due to toxins), and you’ll have more energy. Who doesn’t want that!    Here are 5 ways to naturally cleanse your liver for fat loss.

You’ll notice that the “fatty” liver is a completely different color.  This is due to all the fat deposits that are clogging the pores of the organ.  Once the liver fills with fat it then starts to store fat on the outside and around the liver (Eek!).

SO, how do you get rid of this?   Cleansing the liver takes time but the fastest way is to decrease your body fat.   Cut down on greasy, fatty foods that your body clearly won’t be processing well.    Not sure if you have a “fatty liver?”   People with a body fat of over 32% are already walking around with this issue.

Easy Ways to Cleanse Your Liver NOW!

1.) Green Tea – We spoke of the healing benefits of match green tea several weeks back.  Green tea has powerful antioxidant properties that help the body to flush toxins in a hurry!

3.)  Curcumin / Turmeric – This amazing spice aids in detoxification by helping enzymes to flush harmful carcinogens out of the body.  Read the benefits of this spice in our previous article.

4.)  Lipo Tropics –  For over a decade I used this product with over weight clients.  It was recommended for anyone with a body fat higher then 32%.  Take it for 1 -2 months OR until the body fat falls below 28%.    As a side positive side affect, clients had better digestion, more energy and it helped their body fat go down much faster (as compared with clients who opted not to take this supplement).  Other common benefits are less sugar carvings.
