While browsing through my local sprouts I found powdered coconut water!!!   My first thought was, “why not just buy normal coconut water?”   My second thought was “this would be great for camping and hiking.”  As the ideas rolled through my head I checked the price to see that they sold a bag of powdered coconut water for $12.99.  That seemed a tad steep until I looked at the serving size which was 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces.
