Do You Know How Many Calories Are In Your Favorite Drinks

    Could your favorite drinks be weighing you down?  In this article, we’ll cover the top 4 drinks you shouldn’t have if you’re trying to keep your figure, lose weight, and stay in shape.  Do  you know how many calories are in your favorite drinks??

Berry Smoothie

We have been conditioned to think that fruit means healthy right?!   Although berries are good for you, it doesn’t automatically mean that the things they are paired with are low in calories.  Berry smoothies can pack a punch of a whopping 470 calories!!!   That’s almost as much as a double cheese burger!

Frozen Mocha With Whip Cream

We aren’t talking about the ones you make at home.  Think fast food mocha and coffee shop mochas.  These can be packed FULL of calories.  With all the trimmings, this refreshing drink has as many calories as a 7 layer bean burrito!  Steer clear of this 560 calorie pit fall.

Large Glass Of Sweet Tea

Looks refreshing right? WRONG!  This bad boy has as many calories as a small french fry.   Fast food has found a way to lure us in with their drinks then fatten us up with their excessive food and over the top beverages.

This simple Soda has a total of 152 calories.  I can think of a huge number of things I could consume instead of drinking this!!  If you need the caffeine buzz then choose a coffee with low fat creamer or a low calorie green tea.

  The moral of the story is DONT DRINK YOUR CALORIES.  This is the best way to stay thin, keep the weight off and avoid gaining with time and age.  If you know others that make a habit of consuming liquid calories, send them this fitness tip to keep them educated and aware.
