Most gyms don’t have Kettlebells and most people don’t have them laying around in their house. However, these exercises don’t necessarily need to be preformed with a kettlebell, they could be done with a dumbbell. The only difference would be the comfort factor. Watch these neat videos, then try them out with whatever equipment you have available.

Put these exercises together and you would have an excellent full body routine that would burn tons of calories. If you dont’ think you are advanced enough to do all of them, then try doing one every week. Over time you can start adding them together for a more advanced routine.
