Crossfit has become a huge hit quickly. I see new gyms springing up left and right. I’m here to tell you that you don’t always need a gym to get an intense crossfit workout. This home cross fit workout gives you the chance to test your endurance and your strength. While crossfit routines are never easy, you can be sure that these workouts are going to challenge you. This could also be a great way to fit in a workout at home if you didn’t make it to the gym that day!
30 Jumping Jack
30 high knees
15 pushups (on toes or knees)
30 second plank (you can push it to one minutes)
30 Jumping Jacks
30 knee highs
30 mountain climbers
30 second plank
MAX OUT wall sit (shoot for 30 seconds – minute)
Rest for 1 – 2 minutes then repeat!
