Diet Sodas – Addicted to diet sodas??? Get rid of them and cut down on your waiste line. People who drink 2 or more sodas per day gain belly fat 5x faster. Ween them out of your diet or keep them to a minimum.
Hold The Bread Sticks- The average bread stick contains between 150 – 200 calories. Munching on these before you dinner could add up to 450 calories to your meal (that’s 3 sticks). 450 calories is a whole meal! Hold the bread sticks, hold the extra pounds!
Don’t Skip Meals – Think you are doing yourself a favor by cutting down on your meals??? YOUR NOT! Cutting down on your meals slows down your metabolism. People also tend to make up for the meals they skipped during the day later on during the day.
Getting The Wrong Amount Of Sleep – Getting 5 hours or less packs on 2.5x more belly fat then the person that gets 6 -7 hours. People who over sleep (more then 8 hours) gain 2x more belly fat then people in the ideal range of 6-7.
