Everyone gets that nagging voice at night telling them to have something sweet. Now you can have something to satisfy your sweet tooth while staying on track with your fitness goals. This combination of pudding and protein keeps the calories, fat, and sugar low; while allowing you to eat something sweet and packed full of filling protein!
1Place 2 cups of fat free milk in a bowl or blender.
Add package of Fat Free, Sugar Free, JELLO instant pudding, I prefer chocolate.
Mix with a whisk or blend in your blender until creamy.
Pour into bowl and refrigerate for about 5-10 minutes to thicken.
Service in your favorite bowls with graham crackers, topped with whipped cream. Or just eat by itself. OH SO GOOD (source)!
