Megan Mullally says that even if she didn’t need to stay in shape for her TV show In the Motherhood she would still choose to work out all the time. Why?
“I love pilates.”
Megan says she’s reformed herself from a “step class addict” to a Pilates devotee. For the past two years she’s stuck to a routine of Pilates three to four times a week, she tells thatsfit.com.
“I do it all! I use the Reformer, the Cadillac, the chair and mat. I like a little bit of everything. I remember hearing about pilates over 20 years ago, as it was used to help dancers rehab from injuries. I don’t know why I never tried it before now, though. I wish I had.”
Another quote that makes us love Megan even more:
“I just had my 50th birthday in November, and I know it’s the opposite of how I’m supposed to feel, but I feel cute! I think if you feel good and have fun you’ll look great too!”
I love that Megan is taking her fitness seriously! Pilates is in and step class is out!
