MIX Up Your Gym Classes

      Everyone loves taking a fun, stimulating class at the gym now and again.  Many people rely solely on the classes to keep them in shape.  However, after years of taking the same classes, people tend to get board and plateau.  Here are some classes that you might consider taking at a neighboring gym to keep you excited about exercise!

     Heck, I work at the gym and I’m excited about these classes!  Looks like I might need to join more then one gym though.  Shake up your workout, stay interested, and look even better then you do now…. who can pass that up?  These classes may be the way to lose that last 5 -10 pounds you’ve been working on all year!
