I really enjoy a summer cocktail but not the calories, especially since it is bikini season. So I have made up a few favorites that keep me sipping in the summer. These low calorie cocktails keep your waistline in check without cutting into your social life.
1. A shot of vodka, a few ounces of Pelligrino sparkling water, a tablespoon of lime or lemon juice, whichever you prefer, and half a tablespoon of agave nectar. Stir, serve over ice and enjoy!
2. Another fun favorite is any Crystal Light flavor, with liquor of your choice and mineral water for a little bubbly effect. I especially enjoy the margarita mix with tequila, or the mojito mix with light rum.
Healthy Lunch On The Go:
1 cup Fage 0% plain greek yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Add the berries to the top of the yogurt and put it in the fridge, by the time lunch rolls around your yogurt is slightly frozen and a delightful lunchtime meal!
