Shake It To Lose It!?

     This new invention actually borrows a lot of old theories.  A while back there was a fitness tool that you had to move back and fourth while performing dynamic exercises.  Here is what the web site claims this product does….

    I think this is one of those inventions that you actually have to try to believe it!  Maybe there is a store somewhere out there that lets you test it out????
