This exercise is sure to get your abs burning FAST! The double crunch hits both your lower abs and upper abs. The Disc allows you to get a full extension, which helps you to use all of your abdominal muscles. Once you do this exercise; you’ll leave “standard crunches” behind.
Trainer Tip: Since most people aren’t used to the full extension and contraction in this exercise; it tends to make you really sore! So, make sure you stretch your stomach muscles!
