I live in the Mecca for health and fitness, Los Angeles.   We are also the guinea pigs for a lot of new health trends.   My Fit Foods, is a new healthy eating option that’s fast and convenient.   They offer what they call a 21 day challenge.   This means you eat their foods for 21 days in the portion sizes they sell and you will lose weight~!

     No worries, they have food that is dairy, soy, and gluten free!!  They also serve Vegan and Vegetarian options.

Their menu has a HUGE variety.   They are made before has and put in convenient reheat-able containers so you can take them on the go!

   I’ll be honest and say that food is 70-80% of your results.   If you’re working out really hard but your eating bad then you won’t get to your goal.   For many of my clients the food intake was the hardest part.   They would be diligent about coming to the gym and then go home and eat whatever they wanted or they would eat bad fast foods on the go.   A simple solution for people who work a ton of hours or are always on the go is eating healthy foods that are ready made.  This would have solved a lot of headaches!    If you’d like to test them out yourself, go to My Fit Foods and see what foods they have to offer!!
